Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 17, 2026
OddyOS provides a customer operations platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, use our services, contact us, or are invited to an OddyOS workspace.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organization, account credentials, support requests, and content you or your organization add to the service. We also collect service, device, and security information, such as log data, browser type, IP address, timestamps, and actions needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure OddyOS; authenticate users; administer workspaces; respond to requests; deliver customer support; process transactions where applicable; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with law; and improve the reliability and usability of our website and services. We may send service-related messages, including invitations, security alerts, billing notices, and changes to these terms or policies.
Where you choose optional analytics or marketing cookies, we may use the information generated by those technologies for the purposes described in the cookie section below. We do not turn on those optional categories through this website unless you opt in.
Workspace and customer data
If your organization uses OddyOS, it controls business and personal information entered into its workspace (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data on that organization's behalf to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to our agreement with that organization and applicable law.
How we share information
We share information with authorized users in your workspace, service providers that help us host, secure, operate, support, or process payments for OddyOS, and authorities or others when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies for functions such as security and remembering your cookie choice. We ask before enabling optional analytics or marketing cookies. You can accept, reject, or change optional choices at any time through the Cookie settings control at the lower-left of the website.
Retention, security, and your rights
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. To make a request, email [email protected].
Children, changes, and contact
OddyOS is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change; we will post the updated version and revise its effective date. For questions, contact [email protected]. Using or creating an OddyOS account is also subject to our Terms of Use.
