These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OddyOS website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
Accounts and access
Keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities under your account and for ensuring that people you invite use the Services lawfully. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Services, users, or our legal obligations.
Acceptable use
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, or use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful communications. You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions for information you submit or direct us to process.
Your data and privacy
You retain rights in the content you provide to the Services. You grant OddyOS the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and support that content to provide the Services. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By signing up, accepting an invitation, or using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there, including to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.
Third-party services
The Services may connect with third-party products. If you enable a connection, you authorize the exchange of information necessary for that connection. Your use of third-party products is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not these Terms.
Intellectual property, availability, and liability
OddyOS and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. We may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of the Services. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and OddyOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. These Terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or a material breach. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after the update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
